The MIM Network Mentorship Program is designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, skills, and expertise within the marine and environmental fields. MENTEES
Have an informal chat with the MIM Network team to get to know each other. This conversation allows us to understand your professional goals and preferences, so we can tailor your mentorship experience to fit your unique needs. This important first step ensures that we can connect you with the most suitable opportunities and mentors, creating a personalised mentorship arrangement just for you.
Once your mentorship is established, you will engage directly with your mentor to start the process. Additionally, you will gain access to our online community, where you can connect with other mentees and mentors to share experiences and insights.
Mentees with a membership will be given priority notification of available opportunities.
