Building an Online OCEAN Community: The Journey That Led to Launching the MIM Network Website

I'm incredibly proud to announce the launch of our website, marking four years of the MIM Network! This milestone is a celebration of how far we've come. It all started after our undergraduate degrees when Emily Evans and I were a little lost as to who our community was now, where it might be, and how to search for something more. We sought opportunities, community, and mentorship but didn't know where exactly to look. That’s how MIM began—we wanted to create a one-stop shop where people could find opportunities to upskill and share their knowledge and passion for the marine environment.
