The artwork depicts a mother and calf pygmy blue whale gliding through the South West’s coastal waters. A symbol of nurturing, protection, and the continuation of life. Flowing patterns echo the currents, tides, and songlines that connect the land and sea, celebrating both Indigenous wisdom and modern conservation.
