MIM Network was founded by marine scientists Emily and Brodee, who have spent the past decade working across research, industry, ecotourism and conservation.

After supporting 50+ volunteer interns through whale research seasons, they saw how hard it was for early-career ocean professionals to access experience and make connections.

So, they built the network they wish they had when starting their careers.

If anyone is struggling with deciding what path they want to take or simply just looking for opportunities or motivation, I 100% recommend contacting MIM Network. It was the best decision I made in my 3 years of undergraduate studies. Since graduating in 2021, the ongoing guidance, knowledge, and opportunities MIM has given me have been life-changing.
